1. About JZ Vitalis

J&Z Vitalis Inc. ("JZ Vitalis," "we," "us," or "our") is a U.S.-based healthcare coordination and advisory company. We provide coordination, guidance, and logistical support to patients considering medical treatment at licensed institutions abroad.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Initial case review and coordination assessment
• Referral and introduction to licensed medical institutions in Turkey
• Logistics coordination (flights, accommodation, transfers)
• Pre- and post-treatment communication support
• Complication protection program facilitation (where applicable)

We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes. Treatment results depend entirely on the patient's condition, the treating institution, and factors outside our control.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website, in our communications, or through our AI assistant (Jason) constitutes medical advice. All content is informational only. You should always consult a licensed physician before making any medical decision.

JZ Vitalis does not recommend specific treatments or procedures. We facilitate access to institutions that can provide professional medical evaluations.

4. Patient Responsibility

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for making your own informed medical decisions
• You have consulted or will consult with a licensed physician regarding your treatment
• You understand that traveling abroad for medical treatment carries inherent risks
• You will provide accurate and complete information to JZ Vitalis and the treating institution
• You are responsible for your own travel documentation, insurance (beyond what we facilitate), and compliance with applicable laws

5. Third-Party Medical Institutions

JZ Vitalis coordinates with licensed medical institutions in Turkey. These institutions are independent third parties. We do not control their operations, staffing, or outcomes. JZ Vitalis is not liable for the acts or omissions of any medical institution, physician, or healthcare professional.

We verify that partner institutions hold relevant licenses and operate to established standards, but we do not guarantee the quality or outcome of any specific treatment or procedure.

6. Complication Protection Program

Where included in a coordination program, complication protection is facilitated through a third-party provider. Coverage terms, limits, and conditions are governed by that provider's agreement. JZ Vitalis acts as a facilitator only and is not the insurer or guarantor of any coverage.

Specific coverage details will be provided in writing prior to program enrollment.

7. Fees and Payment

JZ Vitalis charges a flat coordination fee. This fee covers our coordination, advisory, and logistical services. It does not include the cost of medical treatment, which is agreed directly between the patient and the treating institution.

We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or undisclosed payments from any medical institution we coordinate with. Our fee structure will be disclosed transparently before any commitment is made.

Payment terms, refund conditions, and cancellation policies will be outlined in the individual service agreement provided to each patient.

8. Confidentiality

All case information you share with JZ Vitalis is treated as confidential. We will not share your personal or medical information with third parties except as necessary to coordinate your care or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Jason — AI Voice Assistant

Jason is an AI-powered voice assistant designed to answer general questions about our services and help patients explore their options. Jason does not provide medical advice and cannot make clinical assessments. Responses from Jason are informational only and do not constitute a commitment by JZ Vitalis to any specific service or outcome.

Conversations with Jason may be recorded for quality and coordination purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JZ Vitalis shall not be liable for:

• Any medical outcome, complication, or adverse event resulting from treatment received at a partner institution
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on this website or by Jason
• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions to travel or logistical arrangements beyond our reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the coordination fee paid by you to JZ Vitalis.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is the property of JZ Vitalis Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website or its infrastructure, submit false or misleading information, or use the site in any way that could damage or impair its operation.
