The world-class care you deserve.
Coordinated end to end.
J&Z Vitalis helps U.S.-based patients evaluate and coordinate treatment abroad — bringing clarity to complex healthcare decisions through structured guidance, careful planning, and a calmer decision process.
We are not a medical provider. We do not sell treatment. We help you understand your options, reduce uncertainty, and move forward with confidence.
No pressure. No commitment. Start with questions, not decisions.
Why healthcare decisions
feel overwhelming
Most patients don't delay care because they don't need it. They delay because the process feels unclear — and the stakes feel too high to get wrong.
Who can I trust?
Navigating foreign healthcare without guidance feels risky. Every decision carries real weight.
What will it really cost?
Hidden costs and vague pricing make it impossible to plan with confidence.
What if something goes wrong?
Being far from home with no support structure is the fear beneath every question.
Every patient deserves
the right clinic — not just any clinic.
We evaluate each case individually and match you with the institution best suited for exactly what you need. No default referrals. No one-size-fits-all.
We don't send every patient to the same provider. Your case is evaluated individually — the right institution is selected for your specific needs.
One coordinator knows your case from day one. No rotating teams, no lost context.
Every program includes two insurance policies issued by a licensed Turkish insurer and arranged by the treating institution at no extra cost: medical complication insurance covering revision treatment for procedure-related complications for six months from policy start, and travel insurance covering medical treatment, medical repatriation, and baggage during your trip. Policy documents are provided during case evaluation.
The treating institution arranges accommodation and transfers; we confirm the details in writing before you travel.
Recovery coordination continues after you return home, including preparation and transmission of your records to your own physician.
Your medical records organized and reviewed before any recommendations are made.
"We don't send every patient to the same clinic. We find the right match for your case — because that's what makes the difference."
How we support different treatment needs

Five steps. One coordinator.
No pressure.
The process moves at your pace. You decide when — and whether — to proceed at every stage.
Most patients spend weeks or months in the evaluation phase. Jason is available throughout — answering questions, helping you feel ready before you commit to anything.
Ask questions, explore your options. No forms, no personal data required to begin.
Complete the Start Assessment. Share your medical records securely — only when ready.
We match you with the right institution. You speak already informed and confident.
Hotel, transfers, appointments, documentation. You book your own flight whenever ready.
Licensed specialists deliver treatment. Aftercare and follow-up coordination continue after you return home; clinical assessment of your recovery remains with your treating physicians and your own doctor at home.
Why patients consider treatment in Turkey
Turkey has developed into a globally recognized center for advanced medical care — when accessed through the right coordination layer.
Experienced specialists in high-volume clinical environments — consistent, practiced outcomes across all major categories
Modern hospital infrastructure meeting or exceeding international standards — JCI-accredited institutions available
A meaningful cost difference — without the quality compromise that phrase often implies
Short waiting times — most programs begin within 2–4 weeks of confirmation
Structured patient pathways with continuity of care — when approached correctly
That's where J&Z Vitalis comes in. We don't present Turkey as a destination — we present it as a structured medical option that requires the right guidance to access safely and confidently.
Most patients are not looking
for cheaper care.
They are looking for confidence. The ability to say — with certainty — that this was the right decision, handled the right way.
Not a call center. Not a rotating team. One coordinator who knows your case from day one — and stays with you until you're back home and your follow-up coordination is complete.
We work on a flat coordination fee — no per-referral commissions from providers. We don't push timelines. You move forward when you're ready, and not before.
Built on the infrastructure of Medical Center Health Group — sixteen years of uninterrupted, Ministry of Health-licensed healthcare operations in Turkey since 2010.
Our role is advisory and logistical. Treatment is delivered exclusively by licensed institutions. Our job is to ensure every step — from documentation to discharge — is coordinated, clear, and accountable.
You don't need to be ready to commit. You just need to be ready to start asking questions.
Understanding cost — before making a decision
These ranges are here to give you a realistic reference point — not to push a decision.
Savings ranges are illustrative estimates based on typical published U.S. pricing and may vary significantly by individual case, provider, and region. These figures are reference points only — not a quote or a guarantee of cost. Final pricing is confirmed by the treating institution.
| Procedure | Saving | Turkey range |
|---|---|---|
| Dental implant | Up to 80% less | $500–$1,200 |
| Full arch restoration | Up to 75% less | $11,500–$13,500 |
| Gastric sleeve | Up to 80% less | $3,000–$5,000 |
| Rhinoplasty | Up to 70% less | $2,500–$5,000 |
| Knee replacement | Up to 75% less | $8,000–$12,000 |
Treatment costs are separate from our coordination fee. We don't receive commissions from providers. Our role is to support your decision — not influence it.
Payments can be made through Better by MTA — the Medical Tourism Association's Mastercard-supported payment platform with built-in payment protection — or directly through our own secure payment channels. You choose the option you're most comfortable with.
Accommodation and ground transport during treatment are arranged by the treating institution and its licensed agency. Flights are booked by the patient directly. J&Z Vitalis Inc. does not sell, furnish, contract for, or arrange travel services, and does not receive any payment for them.
Clarity. Support. Confidence.
A structured process — one coordinator, from first question to final follow-up.
You don't need to be ready.
You just need to start.
Most patients begin with questions — not decisions. Whether you're actively considering treatment or just exploring your options, J&Z Vitalis provides a structured way to begin.
No pressure. No obligation. You stay in control at every step.
