The cost difference between the U.S. and Turkey for aesthetic procedures is structural — not clinical. Understanding why helps you evaluate what you are actually getting.
Turkish aesthetic surgeons — particularly in rhinoplasty and body contouring — perform procedures at significantly higher volume than their U.S. counterparts. High volume produces consistency and refinement that lower-volume environments cannot replicate.
Facility costs, staffing, malpractice insurance, and administrative overhead are substantially lower in Turkey — even at internationally accredited institutions. This is why the cost difference is real, and why it does not reflect a difference in clinical standards.
Leading aesthetic surgeons in Turkey are fellowship-trained in the U.S., UK, or EU. Many are members of ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery). Board certification and international credentials are the baseline — not the exception.

Every case begins with a consultation and an honest evaluation of whether the procedure is appropriate for your anatomy, health status, and expectations.
Surgical reshaping of the nose — addressing structural, functional, or aesthetic concerns. Turkey has established a global reputation in rhinoplasty specifically, with surgeons who specialize exclusively in the procedure and operate at very high volume. Results are permanent. Recovery is 2–3 weeks to public-facing normalcy; full healing 6–12 months.
Fat transfer from donor areas (abdomen, flanks, thighs) via liposuction, processed, and injected into the gluteal area for augmentation and reshaping. Results are natural — using your own tissue. The procedure requires an experienced, high-volume surgeon and a facility equipped for the specific safety requirements of the procedure.
Safety note: BBL carries a higher inherent risk profile than most elective procedures. Fat embolism is the primary concern and is directly related to surgical technique and facility standards. JZ Vitalis coordinates BBL exclusively with board-certified surgeons at accredited facilities with specific BBL safety protocols in place. We do not coordinate this procedure at non-accredited or low-cost facilities. Patient health screening is mandatory before approval.
Liposuction removes localized fat deposits resistant to diet and exercise. Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) addresses excess skin and muscle laxity — particularly relevant after significant weight loss or pregnancy. The two procedures are frequently combined for comprehensive abdominal contouring. Results are long-lasting with stable weight maintenance.
Surgical augmentation using silicone or cohesive gel implants — or fat transfer for modest augmentation without implants. Implant type, profile, and placement are determined in consultation with the surgeon based on anatomy and desired outcome. All implants used are CE-marked and from internationally certified manufacturers.
