Our story

Built on structure,
trust, and clarity

J&Z Vitalis was established to bring structure, ethics, and accountability to international healthcare coordination. We believe patients deserve guidance — not pressure — when making decisions that matter.

We coordinate. We execute. We stay accountable — from first consultation to full recovery.

Dr. Tayyar Vardar, M.D. (Turkey). Not licensed to practice medicine in California or any U.S. state. J&Z Vitalis Inc. does not provide medical services, diagnosis, or medical advice. All clinical decisions are made exclusively by licensed physicians at the treating institution.

As a physician with over three decades of clinical experience, I have seen a consistent pattern.

The most difficult part for patients is often not the treatment itself — but the decision before it. Uncertainty, conflicting information, and pressure can quickly turn an already serious situation into an overwhelming one.

This became even more evident in cross-border care, where complexity increases and clarity becomes harder to find. J&Z Vitalis was built to change that — by bringing structure to the decision, not by pushing the outcome.

"Why I created J&Z Vitalis"

J&Z Vitalis was created to address what I saw missing in the system.

Not more treatment options — but better decision support.

A place where patients are informed, not influenced.

Supported, not rushed.

Guided with responsibility at every step.

Because in healthcare, the right decision is not the fastest one —
it is the one made with clarity.

You don't need to know what to do yet. That's exactly where my work begins.

The principles behind every decision

These are not marketing claims. They are the operating standards that define how every coordination case is handled.

01

Clarity over persuasion

We never push a patient toward a decision. Our role is to reduce uncertainty — not to accelerate commitment. Every interaction is designed to inform, not to convert.

02

Accountability at every step

From first contact to final follow-up, one coordinator is responsible for your case. Not a team. Not a system. One person who knows your situation from the beginning.

03

No commissions. No conflicts.

We do not receive commissions from the providers we coordinate with. Our fee is flat and transparent. Our incentive is your outcome — not a referral percentage.

04

Licensed providers only

Every institution in our network is licensed and operating at international standards. We verify before we coordinate. We do not simply refer.

05

Coverage, arranged by the institution

Because "what if something goes wrong" should never be a question a patient is left to answer alone.

Travel insurance and complication insurance are arranged on your behalf by the treating institution and its licensed agency. J&Z Vitalis does not sell, underwrite, or receive commission on any insurance product. Coverage limits, exclusions, and the claims process are set out in the policy documents provided to you before travel.

06

Patient pace. Always.

There is no forced timeline. Some patients take weeks to decide. Some take months. Some never proceed — and that is completely fine. The process moves when you are ready.

What guides every decision we make

To become the most trusted healthcare coordination platform for U.S. patients seeking care abroad — recognized not for volume, but for the quality and integrity of every coordinated case.

International standards, U.S.-based coordination

What J&Z Vitalis is —
and isn't

These distinctions are not legal disclaimers. They define exactly what you can expect — and why that matters for your safety and peace of mind.

What we are not
Not a clinic, hospital, or treatment provider.

We do not employ physicians or deliver any form of medical care. All clinical decisions and treatments are made exclusively by licensed institutions in Turkey. Our role is to ensure you reach the right institution — and that every step is managed properly when you do.

What we are not
Not a medical tourism agency — and not a concierge that hands you off.

We do not sell packages, promote destinations, or connect you with a provider and step away. There is no catalogue. Every case is individually evaluated. Once a program begins, we remain actively engaged — managing communications, monitoring milestones, and holding every party accountable.

What we are
An end-to-end coordination and execution platform — with U.S.-based accountability.

We don't just advise. We prepare your case, coordinate every step with the treating institution, and stay accountable for our part throughout. From institution vetting to post-recovery follow-up, J&Z Vitalis remains the accountable entity on your side of the process.

Independent provider vetting before any referral
Accommodation and transfers arranged by the institution, confirmed by us
Active communication during treatment — daily contact with the care team
Complication coverage coordination and post-treatment follow-up built in
Flat fee, no commissions — our incentive is your outcome
Official authorization
The medical tourism authorization belongs to the treating institution.

The official medical tourism authorization belongs to the Turkish institution operating the program. J&Z Vitalis Inc. is the US-based coordination company working with it. We hold no Turkish healthcare licence and make no clinical decisions.

In practice, what does J&Z Vitalis actually provide?

Four things every coordinated patient receives — regardless of treatment category.

One coordinator. Start to finish.

Not a call center. Not a rotating team. One person who knows your case from day one — and stays with you until you are back home and your follow-up coordination is complete.

Coverage, arranged by the institution.

You are not left to navigate unexpected outcomes alone.

Logistics, confirmed in writing.

The treating institution arranges accommodation and transfers as part of its program; we confirm the details with you in writing and keep the schedule aligned with your treatment dates.

Post-treatment follow-up.

Recovery coordination and structured follow-up continue after you return home. Clinical assessment of your recovery remains with your treating physicians and your own doctor at home.

Accommodation and ground transport during treatment are arranged by the treating institution and its licensed agency. Flights are booked by the patient directly. J&Z Vitalis Inc. does not sell, furnish, contract for, or arrange travel services, and does not receive any payment for them.
